  • Where do items ship from?
    This store ships from California, USA.
  • Can I place an order for pick up?
    Yes! You are able to order for pick up ONLY if you are picking it up from me at a convention I will be attending. I do not offer pick ups from my home. Please contact me directly from the Contact page if you want to place an order for pick up.
  • When will my item ship?
    **Please check the shipping page for COVID-19 related announcements on processing time & shipping delays! I will be taking preventative measures against COVID-19 by limiting my visits to the post office. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. ----------------------- Because I attend several conventions throughout the year, I can only open my shop when I have the time. I will ship out orders after 7-10 business days (excluding any convention days or weekends and holidays) if I did not specify when orders will be shipped out. If you pre-ordered an item, I will ship out the pre-order item based on the time frame given on the product page. If you are still unsure of the timeline, please contact me. If you pre-ordered an item AND ordered in-stock items together, I will ship everything together. I will not ship out the items separately. If you wish to have the in stock items before the pre-order item is available for shipment, please place two separate orders.
  • Will you restock _____ and _____?
    It depends on the item! If it is an item you do not see me selling anymore, most likely it will not be restocked. Please let me know if you are interested in a restock!
